Britannia Annual Report
Created a look for the cover page of the Britannia Annual Report 2018 during my advertising career in India.
As Britannia turned 100, they wanted to thank the investors for their continued support without which Britannia wouldn’t be where it is. The cover is designed around the idea of a celebratory firework made out of biscuits from Britannia.
Creative Brief:
Create a visually engaging cover for Britannia’s 2018 Annual Report, celebrating 100 years of success while expressing gratitude to investors as key contributors to the brand’s journey.
Target Audience:
Britannia’s investors, stakeholders, and business partners who played a crucial role in the company’s success, as well as employees and customers interested in the its achievements.
Key Message:
Britannia’s 100-year milestone is not just a celebration of its legacy but a testament to the trust, support, and partnership of its investors—who are the true pillars of its success.
Tone of Voice:
Warm, appreciative, and celebratory, reinforcing the deep connection between Britannia and its investors while making them feel valued and integral to the brand’s journey.

Cover Page:
Opening with a question, the cover piques the curiosity of the reader. On the inside, with the use of thermochromic ink, we created a device where on touching the paper, the secret to Britannia’s success is revealed.

Inner Page:

Reveal Mechanism:
On contact with the reader’s hand, the thermochromic ink fades, revealing the answer to the question on the cover page: ‘YOU’.
