Bagel Cheat Sheet
While working as a team member for Kettleman's Bagel, one of the responsibilities are to work the Deli Line to create Kettleman’s popular Bagel Sandwiches.
Knowing what deli meat and products go into the Egg Cooker or the Oven requires lots of experience and practice. Handling multiple orders while working the Deli line for a new team member can be stressful and overwhelming.
The current sandwich guide for team members is long and ambiguous:
Conducting a survey with the team members, I found that a single page guide with a visual representation of sandwich ingredients is what would work best for them. Taking all the feedback into account I’ve created a Cheat Sheet that will allow anyone to create any Kettleman’s Sandwiches efficiently with minimal guidance:

The sandwiches in the Cheat Sheet are deconstructed and portrayed visually in the order it’s meant to be built in.
This helps team members follow the right order, track their progression in the build, as well as clarify the amount of Swiss Cheese, Tomatoes, Bacon, etc. required for each sandwich.
Deli items in sandwiches that need to go into the Egg Cooker or the Oven are highlighted so that team members know what items to prioritize before they start slicing the bagel or building the sandwich.
The time taken for items to cook in the Egg Cooker are also mentioned in the corner of the highlighted item.
